Cube that Veggie 7 day Challenge

If you are following me on Instagram, you would know that I was doing the Cube that Veggie 7 day Challenge in collaboration with KnorrPk. The challenge was simple. Cook seven different vegetable recipes using a Knorr chicken cube in the cooking process. It’s common for people to dislike vegetables or ignore them in favor of popular meat dishes, but the Knorr chicken cube adds a unique taste and aroma to vegetarian dishes that enhances their flavors and encourages people to eat more vegetables. It’s not an ingredient that I use all the time, but it’s in my pantry to make soups, and to add extra oomph to a basic recipe. Sometimes just to re-purpose leftovers to make something different for dinner.

From breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner I tried a variety of recipes. A summary of which can be found below with the recipe link. Be careful of seasoning when using chicken cubes in recipes because they can be quite salty. It’s best to taste and adjust salt as required.
